German level C1–C2 (fluent)
English level B1 or higher
Residence in Greece or willingness to relocate

Salary:
Base salary: €1300 gross/month x14
Performance bonus: up to 10%
Meal allowance (Up Hellas Mastercard)
Anniversary bonus: €500 after 12 months
EXTRA Start Bonus: €1200 gross (paid in 3 installments)
Total monthly package:
Average: €1300–€1430+ gross/month depending on performance
