About the Role
Join an international technology company supporting business clients with innovative digital products and smart business solutions.
As a German Inside Sales Representative, you will work with German-speaking B2B clients, helping them with renewals, account support and identifying new business opportunities in a modern international sales environment.
This role is ideal for German speakers interested in Inside Sales, B2B communication and long-term career growth in Athens.
What you will do:
Manage and develop relationships with existing German business clients
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Support renewals and identify upselling opportunities
Recommend suitable products and business solutions
Support customers after purchase and ensure client satisfaction
Resolve issues and maintain long-term partnerships
Cooperate with international internal teams
Who we are looking for:
Fluent German skills (C2/native)
English level B2 or higher
B2B sales experience is a strong advantage
Good Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Based in Athens or willing to relocate
Motivation to work in an international company environment
EU citizenship or valid Greek work/residence permit
Salary:
1350 EUR gross/month – base salary
200 EUR gross/month – fixed project bonus
Performance bonus: up to 250 EUR gross/month
Welcome bonus: 100 EUR gross/month during first 6 months
2 extra salaries per year according to Greek law
Daily meal voucher card: 3 EUR net/worked day
Average monthly earnings: approx. 1650–1900 EUR gross/month + meal vouchers and extra salaries.
