German Digital Marketing Specialist Athens opportunity for German speakers looking to grow their career in Greece.

Location: Athens, Greece (Neos Kosmos – Office-Based)
Start Date: 1 June
Work- life balance friendly schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00-17:00) , no night shifts or rotating shifts
Contract: Full-time permanent contract
Relocation Support: Available

About the Role

Join an international Digital Advertising project supporting business clients and agencies on one of the world’s leading online advertising platforms.

As a Digital Ads Consultant, you will help advertisers improve campaign performance, optimize paid ads, and grow their business using modern digital marketing solutions such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

This role is ideal for German-speaking candidates with previous experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Ads or B2B client support.

What you will do:

Support business clients with paid advertising campaigns via email, phone and chat

Optimize campaign performance and advertising results

Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPA and ROAS

Recommend data-driven marketing solutions

Cooperate with internal international teams

Who we are looking for:

Fluent German skills (C2)

English level B2 or higher

Experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads

B2B Sales or Account Management experience is a plus

Analytical mindset and communication skills

Located in Athens or ready to relocate

Salary:

1400€ gross/month base salary

400€ gross/month fixed project bonus

Quarterly performance bonus up to 1000€

Additional 1000€ welcome bonus for June starters

2 extra salaries per year according to Greek law (+2800 EUR gross/year)

Daily meal voucher card: 3€ net / worked day

9 extra vacation days

Average monthly earnings start from approx. 1800 EUR gross/month + performance bonuses & meal voucher
